All listings are sold as quoted and the sellers are required to deliver the ordered listings with the order price upon accepting the order. Quotes submitted by sellers are not binding upon sellers until confirmed by acceptance of orders. Buyers have right to withdraw from any order without giving substantial reasons before the order is delivered.
Terms of Service
In order to achieve our mission of making businesses productive while empowering customers through creating competitive e-commerce platforms, we've come up with the following terms that will apply to all users of our products and services.
Orders
Delivery
Buyers shall be relieved from the obligation to ship the products. Should the delivery date be exceeded, buyer will grant a reasonable extension of time of delivery without any right to claim damages. Breakdowns, delayed deliveries or non-deliveries by sellers caused by any events of force majeure shall relieve the party affected thereby from its obligation to deliver for the durations of and to the extent of impact of such hindrance. If the delivery be delayed for more than one month buyer shall be entitled to withdraw from the unfulfilled part of the contract.
Payment
Prices quoted by sellers for the listings are binding upon acceptance. The buyers will be required to pay the order amount at the order date. Fluctuations in prices shall not be taken into account after the buyer has made an order, accepted by the seller and the full payment has been received. All payments shall be made to "MATENDAS TECHNOLOGIES LTD" upon receive of the order.
Risk
Unless, otherwise agreed, the risk shall finally pass to the buyer when the products are delivered and payment has made and invoice issued.
Quality and Quantity Complaints
Buyer is required to check that delivered products is of ordered quality and suitable for intended purpose. If this is not done, seller is relieved of all liability whatsoever.
Any complaints submitted with regard to quantity and quality must quote date of order and invoice and order number. Buyers are free to return products within 14 days of delivery. In the case if justified complaints properly notified, seller shall only be obligated at his discretion to reduce the price, remedy the defect, exchange the goods or refund the payment.
Information and advice
Information regarding the seller’s listings, technical advice and other data, are given without engagement of any kind excluding any liability.
Return policy
Any complaints regarding quality must quote the order date, order number and invoice number. If justifiable the buyer shall be allowed to return the product within 14 days after delivery and the seller will be required to confirm the quality and if found to be defective is obligated at his discretion to reduce the price, remedy the defect, exchange the products or refund the payment whichever is acceptable to the buyer.
Applicable law jurisdiction
All sales contracts shall be subject to the laws of the country where the seller’s head office is located. The place of jurisdiction is the place where the seller’s head office is located. For actions by seller, the competent courts in the country where the office of buyer is located shall also have jurisdiction.
Notification of changes
We’ll notify you before we make changes to the terms of service and give you the opportunity to review and comment on the revised terms before continuing to use our services.
